Virat Kohli Body Measurement
In Breakfast with Champions by Gaurav Kapoor, Kohli revealed his workout and diet plans.
“My breakfast is set. I eat an omelet, three egg whites, one whole egg, spinach with black pepper and cheese, some grilled bacon or smoked salmon with it, and I eat papaya or dragonfruit if it is available watermelon.
I eat a decent amount of cheese for good fats. After that, I carry my own butter and I get gluten-free bread from the hotels. So I apply it to that. A nice big pot of green tea with lemon. I drink 3-4 cups of that,“ Virat Kohli said.
In his main meals, he takes lean proteins and leafy vegetables, and red meat only if he needs to build those muscles. If not red meat, Kohli takes grilled chicken and mashed potatoes with spinach and veggies for lunch. For dinner, his choice is seafood!
Virat Kohli’s strict diet plan is harmonized by a hardcore workout to keep his body macular. Kohli also said that he almost spends 4 hours in the gym off-season during which he works on the lower body by strengthening his back and legs which are required for his sport cricket.
